Michelle Thomas-Kerr from i-exchange Australia took on the task with gusto right from the start; reviewing the requirements and then the sector, working with each centre individually, researching government policy and practice, designing and developing the content, timeframe and a unique financial framework and writing two comprehensive reports, all within the required time frame.

Sometimes you think you are so prepared and then life happens and your work plan is out the window. This happened to me on two separate tenders in late 2019.
