Janette is an adaptable and energetic leader with a proven ability to build and enable top-performing teams to respond quickly to changing internal and external influences. An experienced board and committee member with sound knowledge of governance responsibilities.
A previous Chief of Staff, Chief Executive and Senior Executive working extensively across the community and human services sector and government, Janette has broad experience in strategy, policy, communications and leading small to large complex teams.
Janette is also familiar with the challenges and opportunities associated with federated models, having worked as the Chief Executive of Ronald McDonald House SA, and the Executive Manager of Uniting SA.
A strong conceptual strategic thinker, Janette has a proven track record in initiating organisational change within large and complex service organisations and instigating business development opportunities to secure growth and market share.
With a first-class academic background and recognised research and evaluation expertise, Janette has successfully developed complex social policy, lead comprehensive strategies, project managed lean business initiatives. An experienced tender and technical writer, she brings an extensive knowledge of the human services sector from a governance, policy and service perspective.
