Lowe Roberts is an engagement specialist with a strong foundation in frontline operations and a passion for ensuring that people's voices are heard. Through community engagement and Human-Centred Design, he helps organisations create meaningful solutions informed by the lived experiences of the people they serve.
Drawing on his qualifications in psychology, more than 10 years of experience in the human services sector, and extensive training in collaborative facilitation, Lowe creates environments where authentic dialogue, insight, and innovation can flourish. His work spans the disability, aged care, out-of-home care (OOHC), and First Nations sectors, where he has been committed to elevating stakeholder voice through truth-telling, co-design, and genuine engagement.
Lowe believes that lasting impact comes from deeply understanding what matters most to people and combining that understanding with meaningful measurement of outcomes and opportunities.
Throughout his career, Lowe has designed and delivered engagement strategies that have informed organisational and workforce planning, outcomes measurement, program evaluation, and customer journey initiatives. He has supported leading human services organisations, including Scope Australia, Life Without Barriers, to strengthen stakeholder participation through a mix of face-to-face engagement, community immersion, workshops, and large-scale voice surveys.
Lowe works closely with organisations to develop tailored engagement approaches that authentically capture stakeholder perspectives while supporting strategic objectives and business priorities. His expertise helps organisations balance meaningful participation with practical project delivery.
He is also honoured to have worked extensively alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. His experience includes leading stakeholder engagement for the development of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a Cultural Governance Framework, and strategic initiatives supporting the First Nations NGO Alliance. Through truth-telling, yarning, and embracing First Nations ways of Knowing, Being and Doing, Lowe has developed a deep appreciation for culturally safe practice and strengthened his ability to build trusted relationships and meaningful partnerships.
